ABOUT ALCHEMY AI – Life Changing Applications of Artificial Intelligence
ALCHEMY AI is a big data analytics decision-making platform that predicts future events and outcomes. The technology is being used in environmental clean-up projects, in particular ALCHEMY AI is being used as the predictive analytics and AI tool in a $300 billion project by the Indian government to clean up the Ganges River.
Some of the key challenges that ALCHEMY will address in the Ganges rejuvenation project :
- What are the best combinations of clean-up measures and changes
- Where do these need to take place, in which order, and when
- How and where to spend finite resources for maximum impact
- How to define the true value (cost) of water
- Combine data sources including weather, demographics, industry trends, satellite images, technology performance and monitoring solutions to recommend clean-up measures
- Develop AI-data models for explaining what has happened
- Develop AI-driven predictive analytics about what will happen
- Provide modeling tools for “What-if” scenarios
- Help identify the most cost-effective technologies to be used in clean-up efforts
- Using AI to help drive future planning and better economic modeling to determine the value of water
In addition to Environmental applications, Alchemy’s technology can be used to solve multiple industrial problems such as :
- Telecommunications – predicting traffic flow for network efficiency
- Healthcare – predictive diagnostics for medical imaging
- Financial Services – predicting and identifying risk & fraud
- Digital Advertising & Online Retail – predicting and understanding consumer taste
- Transportation – predicting and identifying security risks in real-time
