The Founder

DENIS JACQUET (HEC 89, Master in Business Law and Tax).

Denis started as a tax lawyer with Baker & Mackenzie in NYC. He launched his first company in 1993 at the age of 27. He made a success of it. He then acquired a declining distance education company in France and revamped it, turning it to international markets.

He became a pioneer of the e-learning market. International development has been the key factor for EduFactory’s success.
EduFactory became one of the only French training companies with a presence in more than eight countries. He spent 10 years living abroad (Morocco and USA) to develop the business. Back in France in 2010 Denis thought that we could help other SMBs to do likewise and started Parrainer la Croissance-PLC (Mentor the Growth). It’s a network of 4000 entrepreneurs dedicated to international growth, but also lobbying, access to investment and press.

Recently Denis and G.Leclercq launched the UBERIZATION OBSERVATORY, a “Think and Do” Tank aimed at analyzing the impact of this tsunami at every level of our societies. The objective is to think instead of catching up with the crazy pace the digital is setting.
